This video shows the typical, 2 year process of developing a brake pad,

including formulating material, pre-production, testing and manufacturing for Original Equipment and aftermarket brands. Both commercial vehicle and passenger car pad manufacturing is shown. It also features the manufacturing process and the fixing technology used in commercial vehicle pads.
