Peter Hayden is the new sales and marketing director at Bosal UK, after taking up the position in April. He joins the exhaust, catalytic converter and towbar maker from Valeo. His 25 years in the automotive aftermarket included a spell at Quinton Hazell.

Skills for Logistics has appointed Paul Brooks, sales director at Unipart Logistics, as its new chairman. Brooks succeeds Andrew Callaghan, who has held the position since July 2003. David Morton, from Menzies Distribution, is now vice-chairman.

Mercedes-Benz UK has made Simon Oldfield managing director of its customer services group, covering cars and commercial vehicles. Oldfield has been with the firm for 12 years, most recently as sales director Mercedes-Benz Cars.

Cybit Group Holdings has a new chief executive officer. Bill Henry has been chosen to lead expansion of the group and build on Cybit's profitable European growth. Prior to joining Cybit, Henry was the CEO of TeleAtlas.
