Whale Tankers' exhibited the largest and most sophisticated KaiserWhale ever built by the company at the recent Truckfest.
Its new dirty water recycling sewer cleaning vehicle can stay onsite, continuously recycling water and so removing the need to stop and fill up with clean water.
Hydro-Cleansing, which owns the 'Megatron', went for a multi-functional, specification, taking advantage ofr Whale's integrated CANbus and PLC control system.
"Not only does the Hydro-Cleansing KaiserWhale look the part, but the technology behind it is leading edge," insists Whale Tankers managing director Mark Warmington.
Key features include: ultra-high pressure jetting at 25,000 psi, capable of cutting concrete; and the Kaiser KDU high pressure pump, which delivers recycled water at up to 400 lpm and 200 bar, via a single-stage filtration system.
The vacuum system includes three pumps – two selectable Kaiser KWP3100i liquid ring pumps, each delivering 3000m3/hr at 85% maximum vacuum, and a Mistral 402 series exhauster compressor, piped for vacuum and pressure.
