The appeal of Fiat Professional's Doblò Cargo van range has been broadened, with the launch of its Work Up dropside model.

Fiats van line up boosted by new Doblo Work UpThe Work Up load box is 2.30m long and 1.82 wide, with 4m2 of loading area, which can accommodate a payload of up to 1,000kg, with its multi-link suspension permitting a rear axle load up to 1,450kg.

Meanwhile, the load box is made of high-resistance steel with a floor created from anti-slip multilayer wood and sides in aluminium alloy. Under the floor is a compartment for stowing long tools, safely protected from the elements.

In addition, on each side of the dropside van there is a small, practical step that allows the driver to get into the load area. As for the structure, you're looking at a ladder rack and door poles, load restraining hooks, and a sturdy protective grille on the rear window of the cab.

There is also a choice of two Euro 5 turbodiesel engines: 1.3 MultiJet 90bhp and 1.6 MultiJet 105bhp. Both feature Fiat's fuel-saving Start&Stop system and diesel particulate filter.
