Engineering Managers
Responsible for a large fleet of buses and staff ensuring that legal and safety standards and the expectations of Tfl are met by providing well maintained and well-presented buses to meet bus schedules within budgetary requirements. They are also responsible for the garage premises.
Assistant Engineering Managers
Assisting the Engineering Manager in all matters affecting the day-to-day running of the engineering operation at garages and deputise for the Engineering Manager in their absence.
For both roles
We are looking for applicants with excellent communication skills, a detailed knowledge of technical bus engineering, health and safety procedures, I.T skills to an intermediate level, successful experience of managing and developing staff, and a proven ability to add value and move the business forward.
A salary package and terms and conditions commensurate with an important Management/Assistant Management position in a leading bus company will be offered.
