The Company is seeking a skilled people manager who will lead and motivate a team of 205 engineering staff to ensure high standards of service are delivered to our customers.
Candidates should be fully conversant with all legislative requirements, health & safety regulations and have good budgetary skills. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to take the next step in their career.
As Engineering Director you will be responsible to the Managing Director for establishing and maintaining cost effective engineering processes, systems and codes of practice for health & safety. You will also be expected to deliver engineering excellence in order to help the Company achieve further passenger growth.
