Stagecoach Midlands is a progressive company operating a mixed fleet of modern PCVs in the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire area. Rugby depot is home to 81 buses and coaches, including Megabus UK and European operations, and has a team of 36 engineers and support staff.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth and cost effective management of the engineering department. A thorough knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, preventative maintenance procedures and DVSA standards is required, along with the ability to motivate a team of both skilled and unskilled staff.
The ideal applicant will also be able to demonstrate a proven career to date, have appropriate professional engineering qualification, be PC literate and have the desire to achieve in this demanding environment.
