The main duties of the post are:
•Allocation and prioritising of work
•Ensuring all maintenance is carried out correctly, on time and within budget
•Maximising the utilisation and availability of vehicles and staff
•Stores supervision, health and safety and liaison with contractors
•Effective utilisation of computer based management systems
We are looking for an individual who has the following:
•Excellent people-management skills
•Previous supervisory experience within an engineering environment
•NVQ level 3 qualification or successful completed relevant apprenticeship
•Current valid PCV licence
•A thorough knowledge of engineering procedures
•Membership of an appropriate institute is desirable
•Good IT literacy
