“We started mounting Blackmer pumps on our trucks in 1993 after we had been using other pumps for a couple of years,” said Reques. “We have tried other brands over the years, mainly because some tank-truck manufacturers mount other brands of pumps, but when we order those trucks we get the surprise that it isn’t a Blackmer pump.
