Taking responsibility for the maintenance of 300buses and capable of leading a team of around 100 staff with the support of 3 engineering managers in the field, this would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced engineering manager or similar who is seeking promotion to a senior management position.
Reporting to our Director of Service Delivery, you will take on the overall responsibility for the effective maintenance, repair and presentation of our fleet, compliance obligations and the management of the engineering budget. You will also head our Health & Safety policy and safe systems of work. An excellent working knowledge of the legislative and regulatory requirements within the engineering/vehicle fields are essential. An appropriate engineering qualification together with a National CPC are also essential.
