Due to promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, experienced and ambitious individual to join the Company's senior management team in the post of Engineering Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Company is seeking a skilled people manager who will lead and motivate a team of 175 engineering staff to ensure high standards of service are delivered to our customers.
Candidates should be fully conversant with all the legislative requirements, health & safety regulations and have good budgetary skills. This is an ideal opportunity for either an experienced Engineering Director or an Engineering Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
As Engineering Director you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cost effective engineering processes, systems and codes of practices for Health & Safety. You will also be expected to deliver engineering excellence in order to help the Company achieve further passenger growth.
