Following career progression within the engineering management team, a vacancy now exists for an Engineering Manager at our busy Folkestone depot. With a mixed fleet of 62 vehicles - including an outstation at Old Romney - this opportunity will give you the chance to manage and maintain a quality engineering function within a progressive public transport organisation and where your contribution really can help drive our business forward.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the depot's engineering facility and its engineering and cleaning staff,setting high quality standards whilst staying within strict budget guidelines.
To be considered, applicants must have appropriate engineering qualifications and proven workshop management or supervisory experience, be fully aware of PCV testing by VOSA and all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures. A relocation package is available if appropriate, in addition to a competitive salary.
