You'll be responsible for managing all engineering duties at our Guildford depot. You'll see that your garage meets targets for service delivery, reliability and fleet presentation and that our vehicles meet tough industry standards. To succeed, you'll need to get the best out of staff, make sure that operations run smoothly and control budgets. Health & Safety is, of course, critical, and you'll be checking that rules and regulations are observed.
We're looking for an experienced and organised manager with a relevant engineering qualification. A full UK driving licence, a PCV licence and a good grasp of DfT/VOSA requirements are essential. You'll combine strong technical skills with the ability to work with colleagues depot-wide and inspire your team to perform at their best.
