We are looking for an outstanding individual who will work closely with the Engineering Director to effectively manage all aspects and activities of Fleet and Procurement in order to deliver a consistently reliable, safe, high quality and punctual service in line with contractual, compliance and commercial objectives. You will manage various engineering projects and be responsible for monitoring lost mileage, spend and compliance across the engineering function. You will work closely with the depot Engineering Managers and suppliers to ensure we achieve the highest standards across the business.
You will have robust professional management experience in a large organisation and possess appropriate engineering qualifications. You will have outstanding leadership, people and team management skills, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
You will have an ambitious and driven approach, be highly motivated with an exceptionally good work ethic and flexible approach to working hours.
