DEPOT FLEET ENGINEER
Requirements & Job Description: This person will have significant experience in large bus fleet operation ~ Strong technical knowledge & good administrative skills ~ Engineering control & compliance systems ~ Lead, train & develop a workforce with diverse backgrounds ~ A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English (English is the working language for the workforce, but for most – not their first language)
The regulatory system will be based on and similar to European and UK systems, with strong similarity to DVSA / VOSA / Tfl.
Qualification (Essential): A UK / European Certificate of Competence in Passenger Transport Management, or a recognized equivalent.
DEPUTY FLEET ENGINEER
Requirements & Job Description: This person will support the Depot Fleet Engineer in implementing the systems and training the staff in the first depot ~ Similar background as the Depot Fleet Engineer, but with more recent direct workshop control experience ~ Good administrative skills ~ Strong technical skills, workshop loading & planning, training and quality auditing ~ Initial focus in training workshop staff from several countries in European world class standards of maintenance and presentation~ Leading the workforce to follow systems and procedures for compliance ~ A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Qualification (Desirable): A CPC or equivalent experience
Experienced bus engineers (support)
We are also looking for experienced bus engineers for roles combining technical audit, training, supervision and assisting the Fleet Engineers in implementing world class bus workshop control.
