Garage Manager - London - Salary circa £35,000 p.a. depending on experience.26 July 2016

Responsible for ensuring that the 3 London based SMaRT Garage Services sites in Woolwich (SE18), Crayford (DA1) and West Norwood (SE27) consistently deliver to the highest standards whilst ensuring that our trainees are fully involved and developed in the delivery of the service at all times. You will be pro-active in marketing the garages with the view to increasing business particularly in the area of fleet contract work.

You will be a fully qualified level 3 or equivalent MVT with demonstrable experience of staff management in the motor vehicle industry.

First Step Trust supports long-term unemployed people with mental health problems and other disadvantages find and retain work.

The workshops offers MOT testing, vehicle servicing and repair to the general public and provides unemployed people with access to real on the job training and work experience.
