Calor Gas are currently recruiting for a National Fleet Engineering Manager to set the strategic direction of the fleet engineering function and manage such with full responsibility for our national, multi-site fleet operation.

With a dynamic and resourceful approach, you will ensure all legislative requirements are fulfilled, control repair and maintenance costs, and ensure downtime is minimised. Additionally you will be motivated to maintain and continually improve our safety culture.

Degree educated within a related Engineering discipline, you must be able to draw on and demonstrate in-depth related knowledge and experience. You will also possess exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as be a strong leader who adopts a coaching style, helping others maximise their potential.
