We have an exciting long term opportunity for an outstanding individual to develop our South West region and manage our impressive Service Centre. This site has comprehensive facilities including an ATF. The job also covers the management of our Gloucester Contract Centre. This strategic role is on a regionalised basis combining customer care responsibility, field service operations, commercial workshop activities, comprehensive maintenance contracts, and support for OEM sales.
Annual revenue responsibility circa £3 million.
This role will consist of delivering outstanding customer service, and at the same time developing and growing our service and repair business. The key areas of the role are customer service, operational effectiveness, management of staff and business development.
The successful candidate will have had management experience in an H.G.V. workshop or have had control of out based engineers.Previous management experience in an R.C.V. workshop and R.C.V. technical knowledge are desirable, but not essential.You should have H.G.V. technical product knowledge and experience of liaising with customers.Key skills will include financial and general business awareness, administration, report writing, communication and leadership.
