Dennis Eagle has been in business since 1907 and is Britain’s market leader in the manufacture and after-market support of refuse collection vehicles. Our famous ‘DENNIS’ name is seen daily across UK streets where we currently supply over 60% of council’s vehicles.

We are seeking a Service Controller to manage our regional field service activity in the north of England. The role involves handling customer calls relating to product support in the region including the detailed organisation of practical response. You will be responsible for the efficient deployment and general management of a team of highly skilled field service engineers. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service through your own telephone support and timely engineer response.

The successful candidate will above all be able to show us their undoubted talent for excellent customer service.

Experience will have been gained in organisations that maintain and repair equipment consisting of hydraulics, canbus electrical systems/commercial vehicles. It is essential to have the ability to organise well, enjoy multitasking and work under time demanding pressure.

It is essential that candidates have strong administrative skills with good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
