The family-owned operator, which serves the Dewsbury and Tamworth areas, initially installed the real-time system to help plan delivery services and schedules to customers.
But company owner Martin Keays says that, not only has the system's tracking enabled it to achieve its live planning requirements – including rescheduling in the event of breakdowns or new business – but it has also refuted false claims about vehicle locations, in one casing saving £2,000 in legal fees.
