Cartwright Fleet Services wraps up deal with Hermes UPDATED05 February 2019

Parcel delivery business Hermes has signed a deal with Cartwright Fleet Services for the supply of 244 box vans and 70 tractors, including maintenance for five years.

Cartwright Fleet Services (CFS) won the contract on the strength of its group offer, which included finance arranged by Cartwright Finance.

Of the 70 tractors, 40 are diesel and 30 are IVECO tractors fuelled by compressed natural gas.

Martin Colloff, head of client and network distribution at Hermes, said: “Working with Cartwright enables us to receive an end-to-end managed solution for our fleet, which is efficient and helps us to manage our vehicles through one dedicated point of contact.”

CFS says the Hermes contract is one of several total fleet solution deals in the pipeline.
