The driver licence checking service (see link below) is offered by Licence Bureau, which is the first FORS affinity partner.
Affinity partners offer FORS-branded products or services, which enable operators to meet compliance, safety, emissions and other requirements.
As part of FORS, operators need to ensure all licences and qualifications – including for agency drivers – are checked using a risk-based verification system that directly accesses the DVLA database.
The new service completes the check automatically, with no need for each driver to provide access with the ‘check code’.
