Citroën Vans launches Business Class for LCV fleets 25 January 2011

Citroën UK has launched a so-called 'Business Class' commercial vehicle strategy, which, it says, is about delivering an "outstanding level of customer service and the widest range of state-of-the-art LCV products".

The company says its gaol for all fleet customers, irrespective of fleet size, is even higher levels of specialist support, building on its Business Centre programme.

Around half of Citroën's UK dealer network has joined the programme since its launch, having invested to raise sales and aftersales standards, bringing the total Business Centre coverage to over 90 across the UK.

Some 25 of these have now completed the corporate re-branding, with a further 10 due by the end of February and the remainder before the end of 2011.

Operators going to the new Business Centres should find: newly trained professional LCV fleet sales staff; LCV technical support staff; a range of new and used Citroën LCVs in stock and on display; and displays of Relay Specialist and Ready to Run vehicles.

And the firm adds that its Trafficmaster Smartnav and Trackstar telematics package are now standard for Business Class – meaning lower running costs and better operational efficiency.
