The Leeds-based business selected the technology to help boost efficiency and profitability across its 2,000-strong fleet.
As well as the workshops, LC Vehicle Hire has a team of mobile technicians and says the r2c implementation has enabled it to deliver compliance paperwork to customers much more quickly.
"Within seconds of the vehicle being inspected, the paperwork is emailed by PDF direct to our customer," says operations director Pat Graham.
"r2c have done what they said they would do, and more," adds Graham.
"It wasn't just a case of giving us the system to use and then leaving us to it. The people at r2c have been there with us from the start, helping our staff get used to a completely different way of working.
"This, and the ease of use of the system, has enabled a very smooth and quick transition as we rolled it out at each of our depots."
