Continental to focus on tyre choice at CV Show 26 February 2016

Continental Tyres says it intends to focus on helping transport operators review their tyre selection and running costs at this year’s CV Show (26—289 April 2016, NEC, Birmingham).

Arthur Gregg, commercial sales and marketing director at Continental Tyres, says visitors will also be able to see a selection of Continental’s latest third-generation tyres, including the Hybrid and EcoPlus ranges, with 80 new tyres now available.

Also on display will be the latest ContiPressureCheck TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system), including its newly developed integration to telematics.

And Gregg says that Continental technicians will also be on hand to talk about the new generation products for the Semperit and Barum brands, which will be undergoing new naming programmes for 2016.

“With growth still difficult for many operators in challenging market conditions, our strategy is to provide fleets with solutions that drive efficiency and lower costs,” comments Gregg.

“Our knowledge and expertise within the sector is outstanding and something we believe to be of great business benefit to our customers.”
