CV Show gets its own free app for use before and at the event 18 April 2012

The CV Show has launched a free digital CV Show app to provide a comprehensive event reference guide and zoomable floorplan for free download from www.cvshow.com.

Designed to work across iPad, iPhone, desktop and Android devices, the app gives show visitors a detailed list of exhibitors' contact details, with web links and company information.

Organiser Crystal Communications says that CV Show attendees at the NEC will also be able to use the instant search function to find company details for all exhibitors from 24—26 April – including looking up their stand location.

Visitors can also use the keyword function to search for exhibitors based on product type and industry sector.

Transport engineers and technicians can save stand locations to their 'favourites' tab before the Show to provide a ready-made list of exhibitors they don't want to miss.

Also, the zoomable show plan allows users to 'look around' their current location and see stands nearby.

What's more, exhibitors using Twitter will have feeds displayed in their company profile, while the home screen of the app will show all Show tweets for hashtag '#CVShow'.

The CV Show App is available to download free now from www.cvshow.com.

The Commercial Vehicle Show is owned by the CV Show LLP, comprising the Road Haulage Association, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and IRTE Services, the trading company of the SOE (Society of Operations Engineers).
