Dack Motor Group is celebrating the opening of its new van workshop at its headquarters in Lincoln, which is servicing over 500 vans a month and growing.

The new workshop comes off of the back of a recent expansion by Dack Motor Group, which included several new senior appointments. In August, the Lincoln motor specialist announced the appointments of Phil Kelsey as managing director, Simon Meakin as financial director, Rachael Flowers as marketing executive, Darren Hunns as sales manager as well as two technicians.

Leo Dack, Founder and CEO at DMG, said: “There's a great energy around the business at the moment and the commercial workshop has been welcomed with open arms by the local market.

“We have invested more than £45,000 in the refurbishment, tooling and set up of the workshop, and that has allowed us to open up and quickly fill four new positions to run and manage the new facility. We have also been able to move staff over from the car sales area of the business and create new positions there, too.”

Dack’s expert technicians cater for Class 4 and Class 7 light commercial vehicles. Clients cover tradespeople and small business owners, through to couriers and wholesalers.

Dack added: “We’re incredibly excited to be able to provide full, thorough van servicing to owners in Lincolnshire and are looking forward to adding additional services in the near future.”
