The iService portal allows Irizar operators to log in and check every detail of any new vehicle from Irizar UK, delivering full information on factory-fit parts and ptional extras fitted.
Technicians can check information down to wiring diagrams, paint codes and vinyl cutting patterns. The system also shows pictures of parts prior to ordering and fitting.
Now, iService also includes DAF part numbers alongside Irizar's part codes, to make ordering spares from Irizar UK's parts department even easier.
Irizar UK director Steve O'Neill makes the point that DAF runs the largest truck network in the UK, and has 1,000 service facilities across Europe together with more than 150 specialist coach service points.
"Ensuring DAF part numbers are shown is of benefit to all Irizar Integral owners but, in particular, the many operators who have bought i6 and i4 coaches specifically for the quality of the DAF engine," he says.
