Fiat unveils top Sportivo trim at CV Show29 April 2014

Fiat is launching its Sportivo trim level at the Commercial Vehicle Show (from today, 29 April, at the NEC). Its stand will feature a Fiorino Sportivo and Ducato Sportivo (pictured), as well as a range of commercial vehicles carrying the livery of some of the manufacturer's customers.

The Sportivo is the flagship model for each range, and builds on Tecnico specification with the addition of alloy wheels, upgrades to engine levels, side stripes and painted bumpers. Air conditioning, Blue&Me connectivity with TomTom satnav dock, front fog lights and parking sensors are standard.

Priced at £700 more than the Tecnico versions, the new level includes: a Fiorino Sportivo 1.3 95 MultiJet II; Doblò Sportivo 1.6 105 MultiJet; and Scudo Sportivo 2.0 130 MultiJet, with 40bhp more than the equivalent Tecnico version.

The Ducato Sportivo is offered in short, medium and long-wheelbase versions and has 20bhp more than the Tecnico.

The Fiat stand also features the Fiorino Cargo Adventure and a number of vehicles from customers, including: FM Conway's Ducato Tipper; a Doblò Maxi van from the BT Openreach fleet; a Royal Mail Doblò XL; Balfour Beatty's Doblò Work-Up 'dropside' vehicle; and a Scudo LWB in National Grid livery.
