First Aberdeen adds 23 more ADL hybrid buses01 July 2013

Bus operator First Aberdeen has unveiled diesel-electric hybrid buses, and confirmed they will enter service today (1 July, 2013).

Powered by Euro 5 engines, the new vehicles are Enviro 300s, built by Alexander Dennis.

All have been fitted with leather seats, and from 8 July will have complementary wi-fi.

" We've invested £3.5 million in 23 new buses this year, which underlines our determination to improve bus travel and encourage more people to use our services."
