“Our clients rely on us to tailor our services to meet their individual needs, so when we were asked to fit Michelin tyres across these 400 vehicles, we approached ATS Euromaster,” says Veronica Whittingham, head of sales and tenders at Leeds-based ISG.
Under the agreement, ATS will be fitting Michelin replacement tyres to a fleet of 370 vans, predominantly long wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. The contract also covers 37 prestige cars, which include BMWs and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
The healthcare company will also have access to ATS’s roadside response service for tyre-related breakdowns, as well as a mobile tyre repair and replacement service delivered on site.
“Working with ATS Euromaster gives our customer access to a nationwide network stocking Michelin tyres, supported by the largest mobile tyre fitting fleet in the business,” adds Whittingham.
“This will help us ensure brand policy adherence remains as high as possible, while also giving our customer and its drivers access to expert and honest tyre advice.”
