Fraikin builds talent pool with new apprenticeship23 November 2017

Commercial fleet services business Fraikin has launched a new apprenticeship scheme, designed to find the next generation of team leaders for the organisation.

The 18-month programme, called the Business Support Apprenticeship, will see candidates spending six months in three areas of the operation at its Coventry headquarters.

This will include interacting with customers to arrange and manage maintenance schedules, and involvement with business-critical projects.

Successful participants will achieve a Customer Service Level 3 qualification.

Ant Perfect (pictured), Fraikin’s learning and development manager, says: “What we’ve developed is vastly different – our candidates will take ownership of business-critical projects, making a very real contribution to the company over the length of the programme.”
