Fraikin celebrates Coventry workshop’s first anniversary16 September 2011

Commercial vehicle fleet services company Fraikin is celebrating a successful first year for its flagship workshop and rental facility in Coventry.

This is the largest branch established in the company's 33-year history in the UK, and Fraikin's chief operating officer, Mick Harrison, says the centre has already been upgraded and new staff added.

Fraikin has also recently moved its central call centre (DMSC) for national accounts, headed by Sarah Mountjoy, to the premises, to streamline operations, with 55 staff now employed at the premises.

There is space for further expansion, he says, pointing out that since August, the centre became responsible for managing Fraikin's landmark contract with GEOAmey for the next seven years.

"Coventry Oaktree has had a fantastic first year and is going from strength to strength, reflecting the success that the company has experienced nationwide," comments Harrison.
