FTA publishes updated legal guide10 January 2014

The Freight Transport Association (FTA) has published the 2014 edition of its Yearbook of Road Transport Law, which includes updates on Driver CPC, fixed penalties and serious infringements.

As well as the new sections, the latest edition contains a host of information on road transport legislation to help operators stay up to date with requirements.
