Gold trailer for Suttons as Dennison Trailers builds 50,000th unit 07 March 2017

Dennison Trailers has built a gold semi-trailer to celebrate the production of its 50,000th unit since the company was founded back in 1964 – with extra sparkle in the form of Xbrite+ forged aluminium wheels.

The special unit is a slope frame ISO tank trailer for transporting hazardous fluids, and one of 34 that will be supplied to logistics firm Suttons International.

“I’m proud that we’ve reached such a fantastic milestone, and we’re very pleased that the 50,000th trailer has gone to Suttons International,” states James Dennison, managing director of Dennison Trailers.

“To add Xbrite+ forged aluminium wheels for their looks and performance was a natural choice.”

The Lancaster and Naas-based company began life as Dennison Brothers back in 1964, before becoming Dennison Trailers in 1966.
