Haulier switches on to Verilocation telematics13 September 2019

Lincolnshire-based haulier MS Wayman & Sons has switched to the full Verilocation telematics solution, from Connexas Group, after a successful trial with the multi-camera system last year.

Nicola Wayman, company secretary at MS Wayman & Sons, commented: “After being impressed by the ease of use and quality of the Verilocation camera system, we were interested to learn about the benefits of its vehicle tracking and monitoring systems, specifically the remote tachograph download and driver behaviour monitoring solutions.

“The ability to operate through a single platform really appealed to us and it was an easy decision to deploy the technology across our entire fleet.”

She adds: “Unlike our previous camera system, which offered no live access, Verilocation’s 24/7 live-streaming cameras allow us to monitor our fleet from any device, at any time, ensuring a high level of security. This feature was vital to our business as our drivers can be away from the depot for extended periods of time.”

The haulier is also reporting ROI from Verilocation’s Remote Tachograph Download feature, ensuring compliance and saving man hours with automated remote download of all tachograph files.

Connexas Group is the new name for Isotrak Group, which rebranded in March this year, following its acquisitions of Verilocation and Alcolock GB.
