The Milton Keynes-based operator needed a digital solution to better manage its 90-strong fleet, as transport manager Jimmy Cassidy explains: “We first came across r2c when Truck East started sending through electronic service sheets and we liked its professional look and ease of use. Six weeks later, the brakes had come apart on the axles. We could easily identify the repairer and the date and time of work carried out via the electronic service records, so the situation was instantly resolved.”
