Hybrids and electrics to feature at Horiba MIRA for LCV 201521 July 2015

Newly acquired (and renamed) Horiba MIRA says it will be demonstrating its capabilities in low-carbon vehicle engineering and test at the Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) 2015 event (9-10 September).

The company will focus on a range of low-carbon technologies, from scalable modular battery and battery management systems to advanced energy vectors, including hydrogen on-demand and liquid air fuel.

Chris Reeves, commercial manager for intelligent mobility and future transport technologies, will be representing Horiba MIRA along with Dr Geoff Davis and colleagues.

"We've been attending and showcasing at LCV for many years and every year brings bigger and more exciting developments in the sector," comments Reeves.

"It's a key point on our calendar as we're able to help raise awareness of how the UK is paving the way in low-carbon vehicle technology research and development – and pulling technology through to products that are addressing sustainability challenges."
