IMS rebrands SAF-Holland products to SAF, Holland and Neway 19 May 2014

UK SAF-Holland distributor IMS is rebranding its products in the UK and Ireland in line with its factor's policy.

The SAF brand will be synonymous with trailer axles and suspension systems; Holland will cover its coupling and lifting technologies; and Neway will represent powered vehicle air suspensions.

"IMS has been distributing fifth wheels since the SAF-Holland merger in 2006," says Arran Leatherland sales and marketing manager at IMS.

"Rebranding GF fifth wheels to Holland will obviously have some regional marketing challenges. However, a global branding strategy really makes sense," he adds.

Saf-Holland acquired Georg Fischer Verkehrstechnik in 2008. As a combined product line, Holland is recognised as a one of the leaders in coupling technology.
