Ingimex’s new tipper billed as a reliable workhorse 14 November 2012

Ingimex says its new lightweight tipper is a reliable, versatile workhorse with operator safety designed in.

The Shropshire-based bodybuilder has gone for a full-height perforated steel bulkhead to maximise driver protection without reducing rear visibility.

Meanwhile, the truck's overload and hose-burst protection make its lifting mechanism as safe as possible. And side-mounted tailboard locks prevent finger traps whilst maximising the tipping discharge area.

Ingimex also claims the lifting mechanism is maintenance-free, so reducing the amount of time the vehicle spends off the road, while the cab-mounted controls with wander lead mean loads can be monitored while tipping.

A range of options is available, including load separators, a tool trunk or an additional lashing bar. For side access, grab handles can be fitted with sideboard-mounted, or under-body, footsteps.
