Isuzu 7.5 tonne truck perfect mobile shop for MAC Tools Franchisee24 February 2015

Ex Royal Navy MAC Tools franchise holder Paul Thorniley, who sells automotive tools and equipment from his mobile shop, recently bought his second Isuzu 7.5 tonner, after five years faithful service from his first.

Thorniley went for the long wheelbase version, powered by the 4HK1 190bhp engine mated to a six-speed Easy Shift automated transmission. The truck was bodied by MAC Tools.

"I am very happy with [the truck's] reliability and it looks stunning too – thanks in part to the very creative livery designed by MAC Tools," states Thorniley, who sells to technicians in car and truck garages in the Wigan and Leyland areas.

"I have 12-week inspections and regular services and I'm delighted to say I've never had any problems with either of my Isuzu trucks," he continues.

"This means I can be out selling tools from my mobile shop rather than worrying about the truck and whether or not I'm going to be able to get round to see all my clients."
