Mercedes Sprinters offer the full package for DB Distribution04 December 2014

Cornish parcels delivery and storage business DB Distribution has taken delivery of 11 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 310 CDI vans.

Supplied by dealer City West Commercials, and funded through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, the new additions are seven medium-bodied and four long-bodied vehicles.

Most carry the livery of FedEx, for which DB Distribution is contracted to deliver in the Launceston, Plymouth and Tavistock areas.

"It doesn't matter whether you're talking about engineering integrity, running costs, safety features or brand image, Mercedes-Benz vans are rightly viewed as the pinnacle," says DB Distribution's Rob Berryman.

The new fleet will be maintained under a three-year Mercedes ServiceCare contract by City West Commercials' Roche depot, which will undertake routine services during the evenings.
