Microlise boosts learning offer with upgraded Knowledge Portal01 March 2016

Microlise has released an upgraded Knowledge Portal for its transport management solution, providing online learning to all users.

The upgrade delivers a new mobile-friendly design, giving drivers and office-based transport professionals the ability to take courses and access resources on a mobile, tablet or computer.

The software also features step-by-step animated courses, lessons and quick reference articles.

Courses already exist for Microlise Fleet Performance and Journey Management, but the new Knowledge Portal offers the ability to run targeted training campaigns and has an enhanced dashboard feature so that staff engagement can be monitored.

“This is a powerful tool and a central part of our ongoing commitment to customers, whether they are consuming Microlise products directly or via other channels,” says Matthew Hague, executive director for product strategy.

The new release also features simpler navigation and a new product library, which includes updated release notes following each product development cycle.
