Called Workshop Loading, the product uses digital T-cards and drag-and-drop calendar technology to assign workshop tasks, using the skill sets and availability of each technician. Work can also be prioritised by due date or work type for better optimised resources and effective workload management.
The product integrates with r2c’s portfolio of digital vehicle maintenance and compliance solutions.
Customers also receive a bespoke implementation, training and support programme to help them move to a digital management system.
