OCRS and Olympics advice from FTA at the CV Show 24 April 2012

The Freight Transport Association (FTA) will display the association's management information services at this year's CV Show, as well as providing briefings on Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) changes and transport during the Olympic Games.

Information will also be available on the Van Excellence scheme, Driver CPC training and the Logistics Carbon Reduction Scheme.

"Another key subject we will be helping operators with is management information – in particular on drivers' hours, working time and vehicle maintenance," states Pippa Attwood, FTA's director of membership, marketing and communications.

"Key events, such as the Olympics, which will involve logistics heavily, will make 2012 an important year for our industry," she continues.

"We would like everyone to know how great logistics is so we will also be giving away our Love Logistics Toolkits, with videos, games, statistics, presentations and much more."
