Online tachograph reporting takes off03 January 2014

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) says more than 200 customers have signed up to its RHA Analysis service since its launch in November. The system provides transport operators – whether RHA members or not – with automated, web-based digital and analogue tachograph reporting.

So far, 228 fleets are using the system, 139 of which are on a pay-as-you-go service. RHA Analysis provides KPI exception-based reporting across multiple depots, drivers and vehicles. Reports can be emailed automatically to any transport manager or multiple users, depending on fleet size.

As well as delivering full tachograph analysis, the system gives fleet managers a KPI dashboard and a driver compliance dashboard, to ensure compliance with the Working Time Directive. User level security can be altered to suit the job role.

Richard Ellithorne, RHA's operations director, says the system is designed for fleets of all sizes and sectors, and "is being used by many of the UK's leading transport providers to maintain compliance".

Other features include free vehicle downloads, free secure data storage, and free ugrades and support. For information, email enquiries@rhaanalysis.uk.net
