The Bicester site services a 180-strong fleet, with the workshop operating 12-hour shifts, six days a week.
Stertil Koni supplied a set of four heavy-duty mobile column lifts, type ST1075FSA, which have a lifting capacity of 7.5 tonnes per column, and 30 tonnes combined for the set of four.
Each column incorporates the ebright Smart Control System, which allows them to be operated individually, in pairs or in any other combination.
The columns incorporate Stertil’s maintenance-free, synthetic runner wheel system, which is self-lubricating, and the system is covered by a lifetime guarantee.
“We recently recruited an additional HGV engineer and needed a reliable vehicle lifting solution,” says Nigel Baylis, Petit Forestier’s general manager.
