Prins Autogas reveals surge in dual-fuel truck orders 20 March 2014

LNG/CNG (liquefied/compressed natural gas) and diesel dual-fuel conversion specialist Prins Autogas UK has revealed an impressive list of committed applications for the next few months.

At Euro 5, its list includes: DAF XF105 and CF85 on the 12.9l engine at 410 and 460bhp; DAF CF75 at 9.2l on the 310 and 360bhp engines; Iveco Stralis 10.3l, 420bhp; MAN TGX at 10.3 and 10.5 l, 440 and 480bhp; Mercedes Actros, 11.9l at 408 and 435bhp; Mercedes Axor, 12l engine, 428bhp; New Actros OM471, 12.8l, 450bhp; Renault Premium at 10.8l, 460bhp; and Volvo D13C at 12.8l, 460bhp.

"This list shows we are ahead of anyone else in the industry," comments commercial director Will Putter. "We also have trials starting over the next four weeks with six major companies in the UK."

And Putter reveals that Prins' first Euro 6 development is also underway – an Iveco Stralis Euro 6 at 11.1l, 460bhp.
