From its base in Ossett, West Yorkshire, Quest specialises in services for the drainage industry. Its expansion plan includes doubling its team from 26 to more than 50, and spending £800,000 over the next six months on wet waste removal and recycling vehicles.
The company adopted the JobWatch system last year: JobWatch includes CRM, job scheduling, vehicle tracking and mobile apps to automate processes, eliminating the need for paperwork.
With real-time visibility of the fleet, Quest can now book new jobs in seconds – it estimates that the system has already eliminated the need to print, scan and store more than 150,000 pieces of paper a year across its operation.
“The insight and agility we gain through using JobWatch means we are winning more business; we are expanding as a result and we are able to offer a level of customer service that is unrivalled in our industry,” says Ivan Smyth, Quest’s managing director.
He adds: “JobWatch has transformed our business... We can now run our mobile workforce operation 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection, and we’ve gained a lot more insight into our operations.”
