r2c Online gears transport platform for growth 03 February 2017

Compliance and maintenance management software specialist r2c Online says it will double its workforce over the next 18 months, as it builds on the 15,000 fleets and 800 workshops already using its cloud-based system.

Nick Walls, r2c Online managing director, says the firm has seen sales increase 40% over the last year, so is now investing in a new ‘customer success department’, as well as adding a project manager and new operations director.

“What sets our solution apart is its relevance to the transport sector,” insists Walls.

“Our customer success team will look after existing customers, ensuring we help [them] rapidly achieve their desired outcome,” he explains.

“This is demonstrated by our addition of further capacity and expertise to an already significant in-house development team capability.”

And he points to r2c Online’s new operations director Tim Griffiths (pictured), who previously worked for Ryder and FMG, and boasts 25 years’ experience in the transport industry.
